These colorblock pumps snuck up on me. I truly wasn't planning on shoe shopping that day, I was simply walking through the store trying to get to the parking garage. But, it's kind of like how they put all the impulse buys in the checkout line - they put the shoe sale next to the doors exiting to the parking garage.
How fun are they though? I am in love with the coral and grey combo, and the metallic accent at the cap toe is such a nice added touch! Recently, I was packing for a business trip and knew I wanted to wear this JCrew colorblock sweater layered over a chambray with black skinnies. I was going to be in a meeting room all day, so not a lot of walking, but I didn't necessarily want to walk in sporting stilettos. I stared at my shoes, and when my eyes passed over these, I squealed with delight. What a fun translation of my sweater onto my feet!
