Sweater tights

Tights: Hue (in espresso)

This weekend, when I was writing my post about layering tights, I was looking around the Nordstrom website and stumbled upon these. (Yes, I tend to accidentally shop while blogging.) I fell in love with the texture, the subtle pattern, the different shades of brown. They just *look* like fall personified in tights. I snagged them up and had to wear them immediately.

Cardigan: Cynthia Rowley (option, option) | Necklace: Express (option) | Dress: BCBG (option) | Bag: Chicastic | Tights: Hue (in espresso) | Boots: Coach

The sweater tights completely fit my mood today. I was very much exhausted when I woke up this morning, and it just looked cold outside. All I wanted to do was stay warm in my bed. But alas, I did the next best thing - threw on these tights, reached for an easy jersey dress, and finished it off with my favorite boots and a cashmere cardi. Almost like a blankie, but suitable to wear in public.

  3. Those look so warm and cozy- great snag! ;)

    1. Definitely warm and cozy! I actually found it hard to dress them bc all of my dresses are patterned. It needed a simple, solid colored dress - like this one. The texture is just too good to compete with!

  4. Sweater tights are the BEST!! I own quite a few and am excited to finally get to wear them now that it's colder out
