Ok, I promise this is the last lace-up anything I will buy in awhile! Promise! Can you blame me though? I have been craving slouchy sweaters as well, so the fact that this had the lace up detail also was a no brainer. To be honest, when I first tried it on in store, I thought it was too boxy and I passed on it. But then I kept thinking about it. And thinking about it. And thinking about it. So I finally ordered it. And now I love it. Weird how this happens!
I am also fully embracing all of my over the knee boots! It's like seeing a good friend on the first day of school after not talking all summer! I bought these last year as a Black Friday purchase, and I love them even more this year, mainly because they fit even better on my legs. They were a bit snug last year.
The weather got really cool last week, and I'm not going to lie, I love it! Fall is by far my most favorite season. I can't believe Halloween is just around the corner, which means Thanksgiving will be here and then Christmas and then I'll be writing my New Year's resolutions again! What the heck?!
In other news, this weekend was mildly busy. I signed up for another 5K on Saturday. It was a Halloween themed run, and 38 degrees! I made it, but it physically hurts my lungs to run in the cold! Then I spent almost 5 hours in the afternoon doing some Pilates stuff! I had a private class, a group class, and then observed 2 other girls during their private classes. Just jumping right into the program! It's all a bit overwhelming at the moment, but in a good way. As soon as I get into a normal routine, I will feel a lot less anxious!
We also watched the Jack Reacher movie. I can't believe Tom Cruise is 54 years old. He is looking pretty darn good! And the movie itself was really good. I really just showed up for the popcorn. Actually liking the movie too was an added bonus!
Hope your weekends were equally productive and entertaining! Have a great week and don't forget to link up!
