Baby it's cold outside - so shop online!

Buying lately
Booties: Jeffrey Campbell | Metallic skirt: Express | Sequin pants: Wayf | Tulle skirt: Modcloth | Cardigan: H&M | Printed sweater tunic: H&M | Baseball jacket: Express | Anchor print top: Express

I got an email from Piperlime that inspired me to put this graphic together. Considering that about a third of the country is under snow right now, which does not look like it's going to stop anytime soon, I decided to share some of my latest purchases that help take the edge off of winter for me. I think this haul will be the last of my winter purchases. Famous last words, right? Hope you're bundled up and doing some online shopping to keep you warm!

  1. I love these posts! It's fun to see what you buy and then how you end up styling it later. I am especially curious to see how you wear the baseball jacket. I have it on my birthday wishlist but really need some style inspiration from you. :)

    1. Posts like these are good for me, too, because 1) they're great to go back and reference, either when I've forgotten I've bought something, or just if I want to quickly link back to something and 2) it helps keep them fresh in my head so that I am less of a new clothes hoarder and not wait months before wearing something!
I don't know why I have faux leather (leggings or skater skirt) in mind for the jacket! Is that too much faux leather since the sleeves of the jacket are faux leather? I guess we'll find out!

And yes, I love the pants! I had been seeing them on a couple of people, and I finally just took the plunge! Can't wait to style them!

  3. Tulle is the best eve, I really want that skirt. I'm looking for the perfect tulle skirt, they are always hard to find. I dream of having a pink one.

    1. It really is hard to find a good tulle skirt. I'm worried this one will be a bit too long because I want it to be knee length, not midi-length. Fingers crossed it works out!!
