Dress day

Sunnies: Tom Ford | Earrings: Stella and Dot | Dress: Andrew Marc | Bangles: Random handful from my collection (option) | Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs (optionbudget optionbudget option) | Heels: Kate Spade (textured version, budget optionbudget option)

I made a little promise to you guys a couple weeks ago here to wear dresses more on the blog. I don't take my promises lightly, so I'm trying to make sure to incorporate one of my many dresses into my outfit rotation at *least* once a week. I've actually only worn this one other time in California visiting family, out to dinner with my sister. Back then, I styled it with wine tights and matching booties.

I was happy to wear this now that the weather has warmed up - with bare legs and neon heels for a little unexpected pop. I normally scour sales sections or flash sales for dresses, and Andrew Marc is a great brand for style and price. You can normally find them on sale for under $100, sometimes closer to $50, which is great when you think about the fact that you're buying a whole outfit for that price. I've found some other Andrew Marc sheaths that I love - check them out below, and I hope it provides you inspiration!

  14. The colors of your dress are SO similar to the colors of my scarf in my most recent post...it's like we have some sort of mind meld going on haha. The neon yellow heels really pop against your dress - you have a great eye for color combinations!

  18. Ooh, I love this dress - and clearly I'm not alone judging by all the comments above!! ^^^ Better file this away as a fan favorite and submit it to some magazines. Also, have we seen those pumps before? Where have they been hiding? Such a fun addition to this look.
