2017 Holiday Gift Guide

2017 Holiday gift guide

Whether you are ready or not, the holidays are upon us! What a week to get back into blogging, amiright? I'm really excited to collaborate with some of my blogger friends to share our holiday gift guides with you! And if that shopping inspiration isn't enough, we have a giveaway for you also, so be sure to look for that at the end of this post. For now, let's get it started!

Gift ideas for the girly girl

As I started putting this guide together, I found so many cute things that I decided to break them up into categories. For this group, I was thinking of that girly girl who loves accessories and all things beauty related. Whether she's bold or delicate, budget-conscious or spendy, there's a little something for all ends of that spectrum. This Tinted lip balm is what Jenna got me for my birthday and I've been using it non-stop. I'm kind of excited to finish the tube because I want to pick another color! Also, I personally have this Cleansing Balm and this Bath set and those are slam dunks for the girls in your life that like a good pampering! When I was in Boulder last week, I almost snagged a Delicate stack from the Alex and Ani store. I did not. Maybe I will treat myself after the holidays!

gift ideas for the cozy addict

I think everyone knows someone that is a cozy addict. That one gal in your life you know that is ALWAYS cold, even in the middle of summer! This group of gifts is for her! This feels like the Softest scarf ever and is also on my wish list. I am wearing these Thigh-high socks as we speak, and for someone who hates to wear pants in the house, even in the winter, these are right up my alley! Super soft and cozy! A Chunky blanket like this keeps popping up in my Facebook feed and may be my next Facebook impulse purchase! I mean seriously. How soft does it look?! This is the same Slouchy sweater I just bought in Boulder and it's great for being warm but still feeling cute by showing some shoulder.

gift ideas for girls on the go

If you haven't already caught on, each of these "girls" is a little piece of me. Whenever I do gift guides like this, I always try to think about things that *I* would love and appreciate. It's easy to shop for myself when I know what I like! All that said, this last piece of me is the one that's always on the go. The one with the busy schedule, but who still loves practical and pretty things. I have a ton of handbags, but it's getting harder and harder to find the energy to switch them out as often as I used to in the past. With cute accessories like this Purse pom, I can feel like I'm carrying a different bag without having to switch the contents! There is also nothing as practical as a baseball cap, and this Blush baseball cap is calling my name! Speaking of Facebook ads, has anyone else seen this Makeup brush cleaning kit?! I am awful about cleaning my brushes, and the convenience of this looks unreal! I've shared my packing tips several times on the blog before, and one thing I can't live without on the road is my little pill case. This Floral pill case is a great option and I love that it's a zipper closure which means no pill spills in the bottom of your bag! I squealed with delight when I saw this moscow mule Travel cocktail kit! This is perfect for that person who needs to calm their nerves when they fly, or really, anyone who could use a good cocktail at 30,000 feet! So clever!!!

2017 holiday gift ideas for him

I'm not sure I've ever talked about gifts for the guys before on the blog, but I was feeling ambitious! This State bottle opener looks perfect for a man-cave and I like that you can buy it specifically for a certain state! I feel like so many guys I know are into socks nowadays and these Thriller Socks can kill two birds with one stone if you know a Michael Jackson fanatic! One of my {favorite} co-workers was educating me on these Magnetic collar stays and I thought it was pretty genius. I had no idea this was a thing! Maybe it's because the husband only wears polos most days? So clever though! Since the husband is a tech junky, I end up with cool things like this Portable charger that is hands down the best one I've ever owned. It holds charges so well and charges my phone fast! I can easily get 4 full charges out of this. For your avid traveler, the last thing you want to do is carry 6 of those charging blocks around. This 6 port USB charger block is such a life saver! The husband isn't great about buying grooming products for himself, but he is always open to trying them! This Keihl's grooming kit is a great gift because I know he wouldn't buy it himself. I'm not sure why, but I am kind of loving all these Goorin Brothers caps! They're one part cheeky, one part trendy and could be perfect for that man in your life that is also equal parts of those two traits!

Whew!!! That was a lot, but hopefully you found a couple of things in this post that helps you with your shopping endeavors! And if not, click through the other blogger links below for even more holiday gift inspo! And, don't forget to check out the $450 Nordstrom Gift Card Giveaway at the end of this post!!

  2. So much variety!! It's really been fun going through this link up and seeing all of the different ideas. I had to laugh because I was certain you had found some kind of wine glass stopper, and I was thinking "cool!" But no...it's a makeup brush cleaner! How my mind goes to wine at this time of the morning I don't know! LOL! Anyway, love this assortment and all of the unique ideas!
