Floral shorts

Sunnies: Vince Camuto | Necklace: Stella and Dot (option) | Bag: Kate Spade (option, option, option)  | Top: Express (my color is not available, but neon berry is similar) | Shorts: The Limited (option, option)  | Shoes: SJP

When I was putting this on, I kept thinking about how April showers bring May flowers, and then I realized it's about to be JULY. How the heck has this happened? At any rate, this outfit makes me happy - the saturated jewel tones probably say spring more than they say summer, but regardless this was a fun outfit for me.

I wore this for a late Father's Day dinner with the in laws. We ate at a yummy Italian restaurant and I filled up on olive oil dipped bread, salad, and pasta. Whoops! I hate it when that happens.

Finally, apparently this top is hella versatile because this is my fifth time wearing it on the blog. That's gotta be some kind of record! My exact color is no longer available anymore, but the neon berry is a great option!

    1. The portofino is great for it since it's so thin! Not all shirts are created equally for tying!

  4. Those colors!! This is like a little rainbow of all of my favorite hues. I love that bag. I was in the Kate Spade outlet this past weekend and they had 40% off of all bags! There were so many yummy colors.

  6. Love this outfit and the saturated jewel tones (great description!) in all their glory. And since this was a Father's Day outfit, technically that was still Spring. So no need to even get technical on whether you wore it in the right season unless you wear it again later this summer. Ha ha!! And props for remixing it FOUR times! That's impressive!

    1. Haha - thanks for appreciating my remixing! It really wasn't even intentional! Last year, I wore my mint one with everything - so apparently this year is the year of the wild orchid! Or whatever this color was called...
