Speaking of obsessions

Sunnies: Tom Ford | Earrings: Premiere Designs | Necklace: NY&Co (option) | Jacket: Kate Spade (option) | Tee: Express (option) | Pants: Express | Bracelet: NY&Co (option) | Bag: Kate Spade (option, budget option) | Shoes: Giuseppe Zanotti (budget option)

All week, I feel like I've been sharing obsessions with you. Obsession with remixing, obsession with cobalt, obsession with the Cardinals. Today, well, as if it's not obvious, is about my obsession with Kate Spade, and more specifically, what I like to call "Kate Spade Green." Talk about a happy color! I'm honestly not even a huge green fan, but once spring comes, nothing makes me happier than a dash of Kate Spade green. Or two.

I bought this jacket for a third of its retail cost a couple of seasons ago. I like to think this is a grown up version of a "puffy coat." The dot lining is just adorable, and the big gold buttons and bright green color are definite eye catchers. The jacket and bag brighten up this otherwise tee shirt and jeans outfit. Ok, and the red patent heels help a bit, too!

  5. Hey, thanks for the outfit inspiration! I have two of these pieces (top & Pants) but never thought to pair them together! I'm lacking a green jacket, so I might have to get creative..we'll see. :) That is definitely a very happy shade of green and I love it so much paired with the dark blues in this look.
