This skirt is yet another purchase instigated by Rachelle. I had been on the hunt for a burgundy skirt, which is no surprise considering I love all things this color, and a skirt was the one thing I hadn't had in my burgundy collection yet.
Tonight I'm going to a Holiday Happy Hour event at The Resale Shop hosted by Jill from Stilettos on Sunday Morning. I thought this was a great outfit to transition from work to a holiday happy hour --- rich burgundy is always a favorite holiday color palette of mine. And I'm extra excited to get to know this little thrift shop because it's totally out of my realm of expertise. I'll be sure to recap everything for ya!

Holy crap that option you found for the striped portofino is almost a dead ringer!! Impressive work! I love this striped shirt paired with burgundy and might have to try that.....with pants, of course. Although I do love that skirt! I think I'm just maxed out for skirts with 3 now. Tonight's event sounds fun!! I can't wait to hear about it!!

That skirt is gorgeous. I am currently wearing a similar skirt but mine is black. Love that you kept the entire waist-down part monochrome. The matchy cranberry tights and shoes were perfect. This outfit is lovely for a Work Holiday Party or a Glam Christmas Party. Are you going to any of those, this year?
